| Beethoven Sketchbook Detail |
ACO Music Director, Thomas Crawford, leads a four-session course titled "Beethoven's Sketchbook." True to its name, the course will guide the class through a journey on Beethoven's creative process, from his initial musical ideas hurriedly sketched on paper, to his final masterpieces. We will also explore and compare the composition styles of Mozart.
The course, which is in a seminar format, will give considerable time for discussion, reading and listening.
